Kelly Wey, RN
Kelly, our Administrator, has over 30 years’ experience as an RN in Brevard County, and 20 years plus in Nursing Management. Her experience encompasses Post-Acute Open Heart, PCU, CCU, ICU, ENT, SNF, Hemodialysis, Chronic Care management, IV infusion, Case Management and Transitional Care. She has admired over the years how her past and present colleagues have collaborated together to form the “it takes a village” concept and wanted to continue that community effort to her patients. She explains it as a “global case management” with communication at the top of the list! Delivering individualized care, yet involving each member of the patient’s interdisciplinary team is absolutely necessary to create a customizable, successful, care plan, hence the evolution of “Partners In Community Care” and her hardworking team of providers.
Simone King-Paul , APRN
Simone King Paul, APRN, has been catering to her patients in Brevard County for over 20 years. She has a long, seasoned, history as an outstanding RN prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She has overwhelming success in the areas of surgery, vascular, orthopedics, cardiac and geriatrics. However, her most accomplished attribute is providing the utmost care in conquering the toughest of wounds. As a Certified Wound APRN, she is able to provide highly-specialized care in the comforts of her patient’s home. This alleviates the further need for hospitals and surgery under her preventative treatment plans. Simone is a true asset to any clinical setting that allows her to facilitate a myriad of her expertise. She is eager to learn her patient’s goals and takes pride in doing "the impossible" to achieve them. This level-headed and committed approach is evidenced by the success of her patient’s outcomes. She prides herself on demanding a professional demeanor, the highest of moral and ethical standards and always makes her patients her number one priority.
